The pulling strap is designed to significantly reduce drag or rolling friction. The strategically placed D-ring which create a slight upward pulling angle distribute the weight evenly across all the wheels.

The strap is usually not necessary with only 3 pieces of luggage, but if you are walking a long distance it rolls easier and allows you to take longer strides to cover more ground quickly. If you are pulling 4 or more connected units you will really start to notice the difference between pulling the raised handle vs using the pulling strap.rs.

It handles well over uneven surfaces and curbs. Carpet is always more difficult with any luggage, but the pulling strap really helps with this. The pulling strap significantly reduces the pressure on the front 2 wheels and allows them to roll over pretty much anything easier. It's a very useful option, that also lets you take longer steps without kicking your bag.

Yes. There are interlocking holes in the zipper that are specifically designed to hold a lock.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders with a P.O. Box as a destination address may be delayed as we try to acquire a valid residential or commercial shipping address.

We strongly recommend requiring a signature upon delivery, as it is very difficult (if not impossible) in most situations to prove whether or not the package was delivered otherwise. For your convenience, our shipping partner FedEx offers a free service to hold your package at a local facility, where you may pick it up, for up to seven days. Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to utilize this service through FedEx's website or by calling 1-800-GOFEDEX

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TACHLUGGAGE, you may return any unused products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be in the condition they were received in order to qualify for a full refund. We highly recommend that you are careful not to scratch, scuff, dirty or otherwise cause the item to not be in new, unused condition if you are considering returning it.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. Please retain the tracking information on the package until we have confirmed receipt, in case there are any issues during transit.

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that requirements specific to your bank or credit card may extend this processing time.
