We use touch fasteners which are very similar to Velcro.  They have a strong holding power but peel apart easily. 

Yes.  Additionally the Carry-on has a 6th pocket for your favorite power bank.

We can't say, but we can assure you that getting it right was harder than it looks.  The premis is simple, but it took years of research, testing and design work to create what we think is the most useful set of luggage ever made.  

Depending on your location, we offer standard and/or expedited shipping. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States, otherwise shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders with a P.O. Box as a destination address may be delayed as we try to acquire a valid residential or commercial shipping address.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours before you receive this email even though your order has already shipped.

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions typically cannot be changed or canceled after they've been placed.

Please note that TACH, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend requiring a signature upon delivery, as it is very difficult (if not impossible) in most situations to prove whether or not the package was delivered otherwise. For your convenience, our shipping partner FedEx offers a free service to hold your package at a local facility, where you may pick it up, for up to seven days. Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to utilize this service through FedEx's website or by calling 1-800-GOFEDEX

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TACHLUGGAGE, you may return any unused products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be in the condition they were received in order to qualify for a full refund. We highly recommend that you are careful not to scratch, scuff, dirty or otherwise cause the item to not be in new, unused condition if you are considering returning it.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. Please retain the tracking information on the package until we have confirmed receipt, in case there are any issues during transit.

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that requirements specific to your bank or credit card may extend this processing time.
