Feels a bit flimsy

First thought was that the case itself seemed thin - A little concerned about how they will hold up on our trip to Japan, let alone long-term. Velcro attachments aren't very secure to the suitcase itself. They pull away from the case when you open the flaps to attach it to another suitcase.

What's UP

What's up? I thought the luggage was supposed to have a pocket system inside and an attachment/pull strap to pull the connected luggage. I bought a complete set and then found out my wife and I needed more luggage space so I bought and extra carry on. Still not enough space so I bought another Large 28". Out of all these pieces of luggage there were no compartments and only one pull strap with the original 3 piece purchase. Love the luggage and the idea is priceless; however, not sure we received everything that we should have. Thus, only 4Stars.

We have been on two trips since purchasing our luggage and love it!

LBD in Spring Branch

We do a lot of cruising and used this luggage on our last Europe sailings. We loved it! When we got home we decided for our next Mediterranean cruise it would serve us better to take just two large suitcases with us and eliminate the smaller ones. That way we could leave the carryons and 24” at home. We will be gone for 5 weeks and taking numerous bags with us is comburson even though they are easy to roll. Getting on and off trains, etc. 2 bags apiece with no carryons will be much easier. We love the luggage and with all the compartments inside we can pack a lot in one bag. We should get paid for advertising as everywhere we go people are amazed at how easy it is to get all our bags without a porter or buggy to haul them around. We always tell them where they can purchase them. All in all we LOVE this luggage! Don’t hesitate to order them - you will love them as much as we do. Did I mention that we are in our 70’s and still need no assistance moving these around.
